| Dear colleagues, I am honored to serve as the chairman of the 56th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Pediatric Endocrinology (the 56th JSPE 2023), which will take place on October 19-21, 2023, in Saitama, Japan. The theme of this academic meeting is “Depthful Quest for Growth Trajectory. Pediatric Endocrinology as the basis of Healthy Life Course”. All children, not just those with endocrine diseases, grow into young adults via the fetus, infancy, childhood, and adolescence. I would like to make the contents of the academic program reaffirm that pediatric endocrinology is the basis for all children to grow up healthy and live better life. I believe that the purpose of an academic conference is to provide a place for "face-to-face opportunity."At the meeting venue, there are many " face-to-face opportunities" such as knowledge, research, cases, medicine, medical devices, and conference participants including co-sponsor companies. However, We couldn’t have " face-to-face opportunities" for the last three years due to the coronavirus pandemic. At this academic meeting, I am planning to have content to promote " face-to-face opportunity ". Please look forward to it. The 56th JSPE 2023 will accept abstracts from all over the world and have English sessions. We are currently preparing for this conference together with the program committee members and the planning and operation committee members. We hope that many participants from many countries will apply to The 56th JSPE 2023. I sincerely look forward to meeting all of you at The 56th JSPE 2023 in Saitama, Japan. Thank you. |
